Zaman skarang ni, banyak penyakit datang dari pemakanan…..

Beberapa hari lepas saya dikunjungi oleh seorang pelajar lelaki tahun akhir. Sudah beberapa bulan pelajar ini tidak bertemu dengan saya. Pelajar ini mengemukakan beberapa masalah kumpulannya untuk diselesaikan oleh saya sebagai seorang penasihat akademiknya. Alhamdulillah masalah dapat diselesaikan.

Selepas hajat terlaksana, pelajar ini yang saya namakan sebagai Ahmad menukar topik kepada topik kesihatan dirinya. Beliau mengadukan masalah dirinya. Beliau dapat merasakan kemerosotan tahap kesihatan dirinya. Berikut adalah antara tanda-tanda yang dapat

dikenalpasati:

Kerap berdebar tidak menentu masa. Kadang-kadang waktu membaca tiba-tiba jantung / dada berdebar dengan laju.

1. Bila jantung berdebar ini berlaku, ia akan diikuti dengan dahi berpeluh
2. Beliau juga kerap merasakan kesakitan pada dadanya.
3. Sering mencungap dan kadang-kadang kala sewaktu sembahyang pun mencungap.
4. Semakin tidak tahan atau alah dengan panas terik matahari dan jikalau kena panas, badannya akan banyak berpeluh dan tidak selesa.
5. Jikalau tahun lepas, kekerapan simptom-simptom di atas agak jarang namun kebelakangan ini, kekerapan kejadian semakin kerap sehingga satu kali serangan dalam setiap 2/3 hari.
6. Tapak tangannya.semakin basah.

Berdasarkan simptom yang saya perolehi saya terus menyoal tabiat permakanannya. Selepas mendapat data yang dikehendaki saya pun memberikan penjelasan 'Ahmad, engkau ni walau pun usia masih muda, jantung engkau sudah bermasalah. Punca masalah engkau ini adalah kerana engkau kerap meminum Nescafe 3 in one. Nescafe adalah tidak baik dan merosak buah pinggang manakala krimer yang terdapat di dalam campuran ini sangat merosak jantung. Krimer ini bukan diperbuat dari susu tetapi adalah dibuat dari kelapa sawit (non dairy creamer)'

Selanjutnya saya menasihati Ahmad untuk melakukan perkara berikut untuk merawat jantungnya:

1. Elakkan dari meminum Nescafe yang merosak buah pinggang dan elakkan sama sekali apa jua jenis krimer yang dibuat dari selain susu (non dairy creamer)
2. Elakkan dari mengambil coffee mate kerana ia adalah non dairy creamer
3. Elakkan makan ais krim kerana mengandungi krimmer yang tinggi
4. Elakkan susu pekat manis yang mengandungi krimer dari selain susu.
5. Elakkan memakan sebarang makanan yang mengandungi margarine
6. Elakkan memakan burger, naget, kentang goreng, potato chip dan segala yang sewaktu dengannya
7. Elakkan mandi selepas makan
8. Amalkan amalan: Ambil segenggam kacang hijau, rendam dalam air kira-kira 10 minit,selepas itu rebus asal masak dan bukan rebus sehingga pecah tanpa membubuh garam. Selepas itu buang air rebusan dan makanlah kacang hijau ini dan amalkan amalan ini setiap hari.
9. Boleh beli jintan hitam dan makan setiap hari atau pun belilah yang sudah siap diproses atas nama habbatussauda
10. Amalkan makan sayuran pahit seperti kailan, peria, pegaga, daun ubi, pucuk betik, ulam-ulam dsbnya.
11.. Kurangkan makan nasi lemak terutama sekali nasi lemak di kedai kerana mereka mencampurkan minyak masak kepada nasi lemak agar nasi lemak ini kelihatan cantik berderai dan tidak melekat.

Kepada yang mulai menghadapi masalah dengan jantungnya atau yang sudah lama bermasalah jantung, bolehlah mengamalkan amalan di atas.

11. What is your Expected Salary?
A loaded question. A nasty little game that you will probably lose if you answer first. So, do not answer it. Instead, say something like, That's a tough question. Tok Penghulu dengan anaknya membela seekor kuda. Mereka amat menyayangi kuda itu. Satu hari, kuda itu terlepas dan terus lari ke dalam hutan berhampiran. Orang kampung yang tahu akan hal tersebut berkata kepada Tok Penghulu, "Kami simpati atas kehilangan kuda kesayangan Tok. Tentu Tok sedih.." ONE

Recently, when I went to McDonald's I saw on the menu that you could
have an order of 6, 9 or 12 Chicken McNuggets. I asked for a half
dozen nuggets.
'We don't have half dozen nuggets,' said the teenager at the counter.
'You don't?' I replied.
'We only have six, nine, or twelve,' was the reply.
'So I can't order a half dozen nuggets, but I can order six?'
'That's right.'
So I shook my head and ordered six McNuggets
(Unbelievable but sadly true...)

TWOI was checking out at the local Woolworths with just a few items and
the lady behind me put her things on the belt close to mine. I picked
up one of those 'dividers' that they keep by the cash register and
placed it between our things so they wouldn't get mixed. After the
girl had scanned all of my items, she picked up the 'divider', looking
it all over for the bar code so she could scan it. Not finding the bar
code, she said to me, 'Do you know how much this is?' I said to her
'I've changed my mind; I don't think I'll buy that today.'
She said 'OK,' and I paid her for the things and left. She had no clue
to what had just happened.

THREEA woman at work was seen putting a credit card into her floppy drive
and pulling it out very quickly. When I inquired as to what she was
doing, she said she was shopping on the Internet and they kept asking
for a credit card number, so she was using the ATM 'thingy.'

FOURI recently saw a distraught young lady weeping beside her car. 'Do you
need some help?' I asked . She replied, 'I knew It! should have
replaced the battery to this remote door unlocker. Now I can't get
into my car. Do you think they (pointing to a distant convenience
store) would have a battery to fit this?'
'Hmmm, I don't know. Do you have an alarm, too?' I asked.
'No, just this remote thingy,' she answered, handing it and the car
keys to me. As I took the key and manually unlocked the door, I
replied, 'Why don't you drive over there and check about the
batteries. It's a long walk....'

Several years ago, we had an Intern who was none too swift. One day
she was typing and turned to a secretary and said, 'I'm almost out of

Procedure for the Removal of Warts
Using Apple Cider Vinegar

For this simple procedure, the removal of warts using apple cider vinegar requires just 3 things:

• Apple Cider Vinegar
• Cotton balls (end of Q-tip will do)
• Band-aid

Each night before going to bed soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, apply it to the wart and then hold it in place with a band-aid. Leave it on all night, or if you like, 24 hours a day but change the soaked cotton and band-aid each evening for a week.

The wart will swell and may throb as it reacts with the vinegar and then start to turn black within the first two days and after a week or two will be completely gone.

Maulidur Rasul

Maulidur Rasul (dalam bahasa Arab bermaksud kelahiran Rasul) adalah hari bersejarah keputeraan Nabi Muhammad. Hari ini jatuh pada hari ke-12 bulan Rabiul Awal sempena kelahiran Nabi yang jatuh pada pada hari Khamis 12 Rabiul Awal Tahun Gajah bersamaan dengan 23 April 571. Baginda adalah nabi terakhir yang diutus oleh Allah Subhanahu Wataala. Tapak kelahiran baginda pula kini mempunyai satu bangunan kecil yang dikenali sebagai Maulid Nabi. Setiap tahun pada hari itu, umat Islam di seluruh dunia akan mengadakan majlis memperingati keputeraan Nabi Muhammad s.a.w dengan mengadakan beberapa acara seperti perarakan, ceramah dan sebagainya. Banyak kelebihan dan keistimewaan yang akan dikurniakan oleh Allah Subhanahu Wataala kepada mereka yang dapat mengadakan atau menghadiri majlis Maulidur Rasul. 

Kita dapat lihat betapa besarnya kelebihan orang yang memuliakan majlis keputeraan Nabi Muhammad Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, kerana bila berniat sahaja hendak mengadakan Maulud Nabi, sudah pun dikira mendapat pahala dan dimuliakan. Sememangnya bernazar untuk melakukan sesuatu yang baik merupakan doa dan dikira amal salih. Jelas kepada kita bahawa pembalasan Allah Subhanahu Wataala terhadap kebaikan begitu cepat sehinggakan terdetik sahaja di hati hendak berbuat kebaikan, sudah Allah Subhanahu Wataala akan memberi pembalasan yang tiada ternilai. Seseorang yang beriman, kuat bersandar kepada Allah, ketika di dalam kesusahan dia tetap tenang dan hatinya hanya mengadu kepada Allah dan mengharapkan pertolongan dan kasih sayang Allah Subhanahu Wataala. Keberkatan mengadakan Majlis Maulud itu bukan sahaja didapati oleh orang yang mengadakan majlis itu, tetapi seluruh ahli rumah atau orang yang tinggal di tempat itu turut mendapat keberkatannya.

Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi berpendapat bahawa umat Islam pada zaman kini semakin lupa akan kepentingan sirah Nabi s.a.w, maka sambutan Maulidur Rasul ini adalah suatu kaedah untuk mengingatkan mereka mengenai perjuangan Nabi agar dapat diambil pengajaran daripadanya. Beliau menambah bahawa sekiranya sambutan ini dijalankan dengan sejajar dengan syariah(tiada bidaah), ia dapat mendekatkan umat Islam kepada ajaran Islam dan sunnah serta sirah kehidupan baginda s.a.w

Bersama-samalah kita pada hari ini menyambut maulidul rasul dengan penuh rasa kecintaan terhadap Nabi Muhammad dengan berselawat ke atasnya..wallahu'alam..

Kesimpulannye, janganlah kite terpengaruh dengan budaya-budaya yang tidak sihat ini kerana ini hanya akan merosakkan aqidah kite sebagai umat islam..sesungguhnya, sesiapa yang menyerupai sesuatu kaum, dia ialah sebahagian darinya..ibu bapa haruslah mendidik & mengasuh anak-anak dengan pembelajaran agama yang secukupnya untuk mengelakkan daripada kita terikut dengan budaya ini,.

nama2 dalam Islam

"Kejahilan masyarakat dan kelalaian Ulama’ adalah di antara faktor mengapa berlakunya kesalahan (bertentangan dengan kehendak syariat) dalam memberi nama kepada anak-anak yang baru lahir. Adalah amat menyedihkan perkara ini tidak begitu dipedulikan seolah-olah kesalahan tersebut tidak begitu penting walhal Nabi s.a.w. amat menitikberatkan hal ini dengan mengubah nama sahabat-sahabat yang tidak elok atau tidak sesuai. Di antara kesalahan dalam memberi nama yang dikenalpasti di kalangan masyarakat Melayu di Malaysia adalah

1. Nama-nama yang memberi makna yang tidak elok. Nabi s.a.w. pernah menukar nama sahabatnya Zaham (yang bermaksud ‘menyibuk, mengganggu’) kepada Basyir (yang bermaksud ‘berita gembira’). Di antara contoh nama yang sering digunakan :

* Hazan (Kesedihan), Hazin (Seorang lelaki yang sedih), Hazaniyyah (Hidup penuh dengan kesedihan)
* Zani (Lelaki penzina), Zaniah (Penzina perempuan)
* `Asiah (Perempuan penderhaka / Perempuan pembuat Maksiat)
* Wati (Persetubuhan)
* Azli (Celaanku), Azlan (Celaan)

2. Nama-nama Allah (sifat Tuhan), contohnya:
* Azali
* Muhaimin

3. Nama-nama yang berkaitan dengan tempat, contohnya:
* Suyuti (Orang Asyut)
* Bukhari (Orang Bukhara)
* Ghazali (Orang Ghazal)
* Nawawi (Orang Nawa)
* Misri atau Masri (Orang Mesir)
* Baihaqi (Orang Baihaq)
* Tirmizi (Orang Tirmiz)

4. Nama-nama yang memberi makna terlalu elok sehingga tidak sesuai diletakkan pada empunya nama seperti Khairunnisa` (sebaik-baik wanita) sedangkan dalam hadits ada menyebutkan: “Sebaik-baik wanita di alam ini adalah Asiah dan Maryam.” Selain itu nama ini juga seakan berlawanan dengan hadits. 5. Nama-nama yang dilarang dalam hadits seperti Yasar, Robah, Aflah, Najah dan lain-lain kerana ada sempena baik pada suatu nama. Sebagai contoh Najah (Kejayaan). Apabila ada orang bertanya: “Najah ada tak disini?” Maka dijawab: “Najah tiada disini,” secara tidak langsung memberi maksud kejayaan tiada di sini. 6. Nama yang mengangkat diri sendiri kerana Nabi s.a.w. sendiri ada menukarkan nama Barrah (yang bermaksud ‘yang sangat baik’) kepada Zainab 7. Nama yang mengandungi unsur-unsur syirik seperti:

* Abdul Manaf (Hamba berhala Manaf)
* Ghulam `Ali (Hamba `Ali)

8. Nama yang sepatutnya untuk lelaki tetapi digunakan pada perempuan, seperti Nur (cahaya) dalam bahasa Arab adalah muzakkar (untuk lelaki) 9. Nama dengan makna yang tidak tepat dengan pemakainya seperti:

* Siti (Puan) sedangkan gelaran ‘Puan’ hanya digunakan pada orang yang sudah berkahwin dan begitu juga dengan Anisah (Cik) pula hanya digunakan untuk wanita yang belum berkahwin sebagaimana yang digunakan di tanah Arab pada masa ini.
* Sayyid (Tuan) digunakan oleh orang `Arab pada sesiapa sahaja asalkan dia lelaki dan ini tidak bermakna dia adalah dari keturunan Nabi s.a.w.

10. Nama yang sebenarnya adalah nama sesuatu pekerjaan dalam bahasa Arab, contohnya:

* Masyitah (Tukang sikat rambut) digunakan pada mana-mana perempuan yang bekerja sebagai penyikat rambut
* Halwani (Lelaki penjual kueh) digunakan pada mana-mana lelaki yang menjual kueh-mueh tetapi digunakan untuk perempuan di Malaysia.

11. Nama yang tidak betul seperti nama asalnya, seperti:
* Zaleha – sepatutnya Zulaikha

12. Nama yang dihubungkan pada kisah yang tidak dipastikan kebenarannya, seperti:

* ‘Zulaikha’ yang kononnya menjadi simbolik percintaan dan kasih sayang yang kekal berpanjangan bersama Nabi Yusuf yang terkenal dengan ketampanannya. Dipendekkan cerita kononnya Zulaikha bertemu semula dengan Nabi Yusuf setelah beliau sudah tua dan buta matanya. Oleh kerana cintanya begitu mendalam pada Nabi Yusuf akhirnya Nabi Yusuf menerimanya sebagai isteri. Kemudian Zulaikha kembali menjadi muda dan dapat melihat seperti sediakala. Inilah kekarutan yang direka-reka dan kemudiannya turut memberi kesan kepada masyarakat Islam sehingga menamakan anak-anak dengan nama Zulaikha dan menjadikannya sebagai doa dalam kad-kad perkahwinan.
* Muti`ah kononnya adalah wanita pertama yang masuk syurga sebelum Fatimah al-Zahra` lagi. Dikatakan bahawa beliau adalah seorang wanita yang paling solehah kerana sangat baik dalam melayani dan berkhidmat pada suaminya.

13. Nama yang memberi makna sifat, seperti:
* Muti`ah (yang taat)

14. Nama yang tidak memberi apa-apa makna, lebih buruk lagi jika apabila dipendekkan memberikan makna yang tidak elok seperti:
* Ezani – dipendekkan menjadi: Zani (lelaki penzina)

15. Nama yang terpengaruh dengan budaya barat, contohnya:
* Isaac – asalnya Ishak (Nama Nabi)
* Harry – asalnya Khairi (Kebaikanku)

16. Nama yang memberikan makna yang tidak jelas atau lucu dalam bahasa Arab, contohnya:
* Syamsul Bahri (matahari lautan)
* Badrul Hisyam (bulan yang pecah-pecah)
* Nik (kemaluan perempuan atau mentah, tidak matang)
* Rafidhi (Syiah pelampau)
* Atan (keldai betina)
* Haikal (rumah berhala, kerangka, lembaga)
* Jamalullail (keindahan malam)

Nota: Sekiranya sesuatu nama memberikan beberapa makna termasuk yang baik dan buruk maka harus menggunakannya kerana ini ada dilakukan oleh Nabi s.a.w. sendiri, contohnya:
* Zainab - makna baik : nama bagi sejenis pokok yang wangi
- makna buruk : pengecut

* Mu`awiyah - makna baik : pembela / pejuang
- makna buruk : yang menyalak

17. Nama yang mempunyai ‘ni’ dihujungnya seperti ‘Halwani’ yang sering digunakan pada orang perempuan masyarakat Melayu yang sebenarnya bermaksud ‘lelaki penjual kueh’. Nota: Nama-nama bukan dari bahasa Arab yang elok maknanya juga harus dipakai seperti:
* Fairuz
* Sirin (manis –bahasa Farsi)
* Rustam
* Sarfaraz (mulia)
* Sibawaih (wangian epal)

18. Nama-nama yang membawa maksud yang buruk atau langsung tidak memberikan apa-apa makna kerana salah sebutan atau ejaannya seperti:
* Sukri (kemabukanku) – sepatutnya Syukri (Kesyukuranku)
* Sya`ari (buluku) – sepatutnya Asy`ari
* Nordin (tiada makna) – sepatutnya Nuruddin (cahaya agama)
* Kadir (keruh) – sepatutnya `Abdul Qadir (Hamba kepada yang Maha Berkuasa)
* Jamaluddin (Unta agama) – sebetulnya Jamaaluddin جمال الدين(kecantikan agama) ya`ni sebutan yang panjang pada ‘maal’

19. Gabungan yang salah atau tidak kena pada tempatnya seperti ‘Nurhafizah’ tidak memberi apa-apa maksud kerana gabungan ini salah dari segi kaedah bahasa Arab, dan contoh gabungan yang betul: Nurhayati (cahaya hidupku), Nur`aini (cahaya mataku) Nota: Harus menamakan dengan nama-nama bintang, burung atau bunga seperti Surayya, Aktar (tuah atau bintang dalam bahasa Farsi) dan lain-lain 20. Nama yang salah kerana tidak membezakan penggunaan ya mutakallim dengan ya nisbah.Ya mutakallim adalah ‘ya’ pada akhir kata nama yang memberi makna ‘sesuatu milikku’ atau ‘daripadaku’ seperti:
* Syukri (Kesyukuranku)
* Fathi (Kemenanganku)

Kelebihan solat sunat dhuha

Solat dhuha amat digalakkan bagi umat Islam mengerjakannya. Waktunya sekira-kira setengah jam selepas terbitnya matahari,iaitu kira-kira setengah jam selepas syuruk dan akhir waktunya ialah lebih kurang setengah jam sebelum waktu zohor.
Imam Muslim meriwayatkan Rasulullah S.A.W bersabda

“Adalah (diperlukan) pada tiap-tiap sendi daripada kamu itu sedekah (ada riwayat menyebut bahawa bilangannya adalah 360). Maka tiap-tiap tasbih adalah sedekah, dan tiap-tiap takbir adalah sedekah, dan menyuruh pada kebaikan adalah sedekah, dan mencegah kepada kemungkaran adalah sedekah, dan mencukupi semua ini dengan melakukan dua rakaat Solat Dhuha!
Difahamkan drpd hadis ini bahawa Rasulullah menggalakkan kpd umatnya utk bersedekah tiap-tiap hari sebanyak 360 sedekah, sbg tanda kesyukuran kita kpd Allah krn nikmat sendi-sendi ini yg sebanyak 360 sendi.

Daripada hadis lain menerangkan bahaea sesiapa yang ke masjid untuk menunaikan Solat Dhuha, maka pahalanya seperti pahala Satu Umrah! Hadis diriwayatkan oleh Imam Ahmad bin Hambal, Abu Daud dan Tabrani.& di syurga kelak ada dinamakan pintu dhuha iaitu untuk orang-orang yang mengerjakan sunat dhuha.

Ya, Subhananllah! Begitu amat luas sekali Rahmat Allah kepada umat Nabi Muhammad!

Rasulullah S.A.W menamakan Solat Dhuha sbg Solat ‘Awwabin’ iaitu solat orang-orang yang taat dan sering mengingati Allah.

Macam mana solat dhuha ni???

Dikerjakan 2 rakaat macam solat sunat biasa. lebih baik lagi 4 rakaat atau lebih hingga 12 rakaat.

Niat “aku berniat mengerjakan Solat Dhuha dua rakaat kerana Allah Ta’ala”

Lepas fatihah rakaat pertama baca Ad-Dhuha atau As-Syams. Kalau tak hafal boleh la baca surah Al-Kafirun.

Lepas fatihah rakaat kedua baca Ad-Dhuha atau Al-Ikhlas.
Doa selepas solat dhuha.

“Ya Allah, sesungguhnya waktu Dhuha itu adalah waktu DhuhaMu, kecantikan itu adalah kecantikanMu,
Keindahan itu keindahanMu, kekuatan itu kekuatanMu, kekuasaan itu kekuasaanMu, dan perlindungan itu perlindunganMu”

“Ya Allah, jika rezekiku masih di atas langit, turunkanlah dan jika di dalam bumi, keluarkanlah, jika sukar mudahkanlah, jika haram sucikanlah, jika masih jauh dekatkanlah berkat waktu Dhuha, serta keagungan, keindahan, kekuatan dan kekuasaanMu, limpahkanlah kepada kami segala yang telah Engkau limpahkan kepada hamba-hambaMu yang soleh”
 
Tak payah rungsing, mudah je nak ingat doa ni. Dua rakaat dalam beberapa minit sahaja tapi ganjarannya Subhanallah! Insyallah,murah rezeki.Ameen. Semoga ia bermanfaat untuk semua.

DRINK WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH
